Ajit Menon joins Mudra as EVP and Head – Leadership Learning and Change

Mudra Group has appointed Ajit Menon as their Executive Vice-President and Head –Leadership Learning and Change (LLC). LLC is Mudra’s human resources team and is responsible for identifying, nurturing and growing talent. LLC was set up four years ago when Madhukar Kamath took over the group’s leadership.

Commenting on Menon’s appointment, Madhukar Kamath, MD and CEO, Mudra, said, “It is great to have Ajit on board. He will lead a large LLC team and help us unleash the potential of our talent. Ajit comes to us with proven expertise in people management and team building, innovation, system orientation and hands on learning in recruitment, administration, training and development.”

Kamath further said, “Menon’s exposure to and experience in the hospitality and BPO industry, the combination of managing a large operation from the business perspective and HR skill sets would be very useful to us in our growth agenda.”

Menon said, “Mudra has one of the highest investments in the people function among the marketing communications groups and I look forward to contributing to the Mudra Group’s mission of being the most admired communications group in India.”

Menon began his career in the hospitality industry before moving to the HR function with Efunds India International in 2000. Prior to joining Mudra, he was VP, HR and Global Operations, with Nirvana Business Solutions
