The height of OOH innovation for Mantri Pinnacle

Mantri Developers, a leading real estate company in South India, has come up with an innovative outdoor campaign to promote its high-end luxury tower project, Mantri Pinnacle. The project has a height of 502 ft and is said to be the tallest building in this part of the country. To promote the project, a billboard has been created on the Banerghatta Road in Bangalore, which has a live elevator that showcases the height of Mantri Pinnacle.

Talking about the campaign, Bharat Dhuppar, Chief Marketing Officer, Mantri Developers Pvt Ltd, said, “With the competition in the market increasing, there is a need to create a differentiating asset to reach out to our customers. We have created this innovative billboard with a live elevator and this has managed to catch the eyes of passerby, especially in the evening when it’s lit up.”

The billboard shows the motorised elevator going up and down the tall building, thus sending out the message of the height of Mantri Pinnacle.

Dhuppar added, “We had earlier created a tall glass mock-up model of Mantri Pinnacle at the Bangalore International Airport. The model stood tall at 21 feet from the ground and made for a spectacular sight. We also did print innovation as well as opened a toll free number for customers to reach us.”

The campaign has been created by Posterscope, along with the Mantri Developers team. Going forward, one would see more such innovations planned by the real estate developer.
