Nagar Parishad Ganganagar invites tender for OOH properties

The Nagar Parishad Ganganagar, Rajasthan, has invited for offers through auction-cum-tenders for leasing out advertising rights on different outdoor media properties. The media properties being offered include 38 hoardings and 25 kiosks. The contract shall be awarded for a period of seven months from September 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011.

The auction will be held on August 18-19, 2010 at 11 am. Interested parties shall be required to deposit Rs 10,000 by cash or through demand draft in the office of Nagar Parishad, Ganganagar before attending the auction.

As per the tender notice, the specified sizes of the hoardings and kiosks shall be 20' X 10' and 3' X 3' each, respectively. The EMD required for each location is Rs 10,000.

The contract shall be valid for seven months starting from September 1, 2010 up to March 31, 2011.
