Gurgaon Municipal Corp calls for tender for outdoor properties

The Gurgaon Municipal Corporation has invited sealed tenders from interested parties offering advertising rights on 64 unipoles and eight full colour day-night LED video screens at identified locations within the area under its jurisdiction. The scope of this contract includes installation, operation and maintenance of these displays. These rights shall be offered for a period of three years. The EMD required is of Rs 20 lakh.

Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon up to September 29, 2010, between 10 am and 5 pm on all working days on a payment of Rs 20,000 by demand draft, pay order or cash.

The demand draft or pay order should be drawn in favour of: The Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon.

Applicants shall be required to deposit the earnest money of Rs 20 lakh through a demand draft or pay order favouring: The Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, along with the bids.

Applicants can submit the duly completed tenders at the office of Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, near Pushpanjali Hospital, Civil Lines, Gurgaon – 122 001; till 3 pm on September 30, 2010. The tenders will be opened the same day at 3.30 pm.
