Directorate of Tourism UP invites tenders for properties undertaken by UPSTDC

The Directorate of Tourism, Uttar Pradesh, has invited tenders for fixing and installation of hoardings, unipoles, glow signs, display boards, mobile towers on vacant land and tourist houses undertaken by UPSTDC. The displays would be located at prime/ highway locations in various cities of the state.

The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for each mobile tower is Rs 50,000 and Rs 5,000 for each display board. The EMD shall be paid in the name of UPSTDC, Lucknow. The contract shall initially be awarded for a period of one year, which can further be renewed.

Tender documents indicating complete details can be obtained from: UPSTDC, Third Floor, Tourism Bhavan, C-13, Gomtinagar, Lucknow, on payment of Rs 500 up to 12 pm on November 15, 2010.

Tender documents can also be downloaded from the website. In this case, the applicants shall be required to deposit the document cost through a demand draft or banker’s cheque favouring - UPSTDC, Lucknow.

Duly completed tenders can be submitted up to 3 pm on November 15, 2010. The tenders will be opened at 4 pm on November 16, 2010.
