BSNL J&K telecom circle calls for OOH pitch

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has invited applications from OOH agencies for empanelment for the J&K telecom circle. The empanelled agency/ agencies will be responsible for BSNL’s marketing and publicity activities, including advertising in outdoor, print and electronic media. The selected agencies will be appointed for a period of two years, which may be extended twice for a period of six months each. The extensions shall, however, be based on the satisfactory performance of the empanelled agencies.

To be eligible for empanelment, the agencies should have been in the advertising business for at least two years and should have sufficient exposure in the field. They should have preferably handled at least three accounts of Government, public sector units or multinational companies.

The agencies should have an annual turnover of at least Rs 50 lakh through billing from advertising business for the financial years 2007-08 and 2008-09. Supporting documents, including audited accounts duly certified by a chartered accountant must be submitted along with the bid.

The interested agencies should have full-fledged office with necessary multimedia infrastructure in Jammu Tawi and preferably at Srinagar as well to ensure timely service for activities within the scope of work. The complete details of these offices will have to be provided along with the bid.

In addition, the agencies must be accredited to INS for a continuous period of last two years and must be accredited/ registered with Doordarshan and AIR. Documentary evidence must be provided along with the bid.
