BSNL invites bids for supply of hoardings and other display materials in Mandla

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has invited bids for supply of hoardings, front-lit flex boards and banners in Mandla SSA (secondary switching area) for a period of one year. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 400,000 and an EMD of Rs 10,000 is required for this tender.

To be eligible for the contract, the applicants need to have experience in supply or printing of similar items for Central or State Government, PSUs, BSNL, MTNL or DoT. They should have executed projects equivalent to a minimum of 50 per cent value of the current tender in the last three years taken together. The applicants shall be required to furnish relevant experience certificates issued by any Class-I officer of the above mentioned departments.

The contract shall be awarded for a period of one year that may be further extended twice for a period of six months each. The extension shall, however, be based on the satisfactory performance of the successful bidder. Extension will be given on same rates and same terms and conditions of this tender.

Interested parties can collect the tender documents from SDE (Plg), office of the TDE, BSNL, Mandla, after producing the receipt of payment of Rs 1,125. The cost of tender documents can be paid in cash at AO (Cash), BSNL, office of TDE, BSNL, Mandla. The last date to avail the tender documents is August 16, 2010, up to 3 pm.

If the tender documents are downloaded from the website, the cost of the documents can be paid through a demand draft along with the completed bid documents. The earnest money of Rs 10,000 will have to be deposited along with the completed tender documents through a demand draft favouring BSNL, Mandla.

Duly completed tender documents will have to be submitted at the office of the TDE, BSNL, Mandla up to 3 pm on August 17, 2010. The tender will be opened the same day at 3.30 pm.
