Ahmedabad Municipal Corp invites EOIs for installing LED screens at Kankaria lake front

The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has invited EoIs from interested parties for installing LED screens at identified locations on the Kankaria lake front. The proposed scope of work would include conceptualisation, installation, implementation, operations, maintenance and management of large format day/ night visible displays for advertising, publicity content delivery, etc. The applicants will have to make a formal presentation on November 25, 2010 at 6 pm.

Under the terms, the suggested broad technical parameters mention displays should be PH16 (Full color 2R1G1B) model with a pixel pitch of 16mm. The pixel configuration should be 2R1G1B. Pixel density has been specified as 3906 pixel/m2. Additionally, the specified module resolution is 16*8, module size has been specified as 256*128mm. The specified cabinet size is 1024*768mm.

The tender document can be downloaded from the website and the document cost of Rs 10,000 will have to be deposited through a demand draft favouring the Municipal Commissioner, Ahmedabad.

Duly completed bids will have to be submitted into two different envelopes marked as ‘1’ and ‘2’ containing payment towards the cost of the tender document, and detailed technical proposal, respectively.

While submitting the technical proposal, the applicants shall be required to submit supporting documents such as, registration details, turnover and company financials for the last three years and other documents which are necessary to evaluate the proposals.

The applicants will have to suggest suitable locations in the periphery of the Kankaria lake, where these displays can be installed.
