The year 2012 was not one of OOH’s best years but 2013 will be different, believe industry experts.

Many are also of the opinion that the out of home industry still needs to structure itself better to be every marketers’ ‘must-have’ media option in their marketing plans.
  
“Out of home is a very integral part of the media mix but I don’t think it is given the attention it should be given,” says Harit Nagpal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Tata Sky. Nagal is also the Jury Chairperson for the third edition of exchange4media’s OOH Awards.

In conversation with exchange4media, Nagpal points out few reasons why out of home is not leveraged by brands to its fullest. In addition to this, he also shares his views on the quality of entries that were judged for OOH Advertising Awards and the criteria for selecting winners.
