Sujeet Mishra joins Times Now as Marketing Head

Times Network, part of media conglomerate, The Times Group has appointed Sujeet Mishra as Head of Marketing, TIMES NOW. In his role, Mishra will lead the brand’s strategic planning and communication including new brand initiatives, consumer research, market development across ATL, BTL and digital platforms. Based in Mumbai, he will report to Vivek Srivastava, Executive Vice President, Times Network.
On October 5, e4m had reported that Mishra has been appointed as Head Marketing at Times Now and MK Anand, MD & CEO, Times Network, had confirmed the same.

Commenting on the appointment, Vivek Srivastava, Executive Vice President, Times Network, said, “I’m delighted to welcome Sujeet to the Times Now team. His vast knowledge and strong capabilities in brand building, marketing communication will add tremendous value to our ambitious growth strategy in the English news segment.”

Speaking on his new role, Sujeet Mishra said, “I’m extremely excited to lead the marketing mandate for a brand that stands for creditability and accuracy in reportage, a reflection of true journalism. I look forward to channelizing my best efforts and strengths into creating impactful marketing campaigns and sustaining the leadership position of Times Now.”

With over 13 years of experience in marketing and brand communications, Mishra joins Times NOW after a successful stint at ABP News Network where he was overseeing four News brands, managed IP events and played a pivotal role in the brand transition of the channel from Star News to ABP News. Sujeet is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad’s Marketing Executive Development Program.
