Star Bharat leads overall market once again: BARC week 10

Star Bharat retained its leadership position in week 10 of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India. The channel recorded 777256 million impressions followed by Zee Anmol on second slot with 709090 million impressions (000s) and Sony Pal on third slot with 699325 million impressions (000s).

Zee Anmol’s Kumkum Bhagya garnered the first position with 10876 million impressions in top five programme list of week 10 followed Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya and Kumkum Bhagya on second and third spots with 10409 million impressions and 9877 million impressions respectively. Star Bharat’s Nimki Mukhiya stood on fourth with 9531 million impressions and Sony Pal was on fifth with 9450 million impressions.

Zee TV and Star Utsav bagged fourth and fifth slots with 640620 million impressions and 561584 million impressions respectively.

Hindi Rural GEC

Zee Anmol dominated the rural market and grabbed first position with 548084 million impressions followed by Sony Pal on second slot with 472534 million impressions and Star Bharat on third with 410041 million impressions.

Zee Anmol’s Kumkum Bhagya garnered first position with 8890 million impressions followed by Sony Pal’s CID, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma and Balveer on second, third and fourth with 6432, 6024 and 5526 million impressions respectively. Zee Anmol’s Ganga stood on number fifth with 5474 million impressions.

Star Utsav and Rishtey bagged fourth and fifth spots with 391802 million impressions and 324771 million impressions respectively.

Hindi Urban GEC

Colors led urban market with 387455 million impressions in week 10. Zee TV climbed up at number two with 384339 million impressions and Star Bharat was on third with 367215 million impressions.

Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya bagged first spot with 6414 million impressions followed by Sab TV on second slot with Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma with 6251 million impressions and Colors’s Rising Star Tribute to Sridevi on third spot with 6147 million impressions.
Sony Entertainment Television’s Super Dancer stood on fourth spot with 6081 million impressions and Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya was on fifth with 6081 million impressions.

Sony Entertainment Television bagged fourth spot with 339836 million impressions and Sab TV stood on fifth spot with 304973 million impressions. Star Plus slid down from last week's spot three to spot six.
