Man Jit Singh re-elected as IBF President
Discovery Networks’ Rahul Johri has been elected Vice-President, while ZEEL’s Punit Goenka & Independent News Services’ Rajat Sharma also continue as Vice-Presidents

Man Jit Singh, CEO, MSM has been re-elected as the President of the Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF) for the year 2013-14. The new executive body of the IBF was elected at the Foundation’s 14th Annual General Meeting held in Mumbai on September 27, 2013.
The IBF Board has also elected Rahul Johri, Senior Vice President and GM – South Asia, Discovery Networks as Vice-President, besides the continuing Vice-Presidents – Punit Goenka, MD & CEO, ZEEL and Rajat Sharma, Chairman, Independent News Services. Sunil Lulla, MD and CEO, Times Television Network has been elected as Treasurer.
On being re-appointed the IBF President, Singh said, “I am delighted that my industry colleagues continue to have faith in me to guide the IBF. The last year has been very eventful for our industry, with Phase I and II of digitisation, considerable progress on a new measurement system under BARC, and a shift from TRPs to TVTs. Substantial challenges continue in the current year.
