The radio campaigns have been conceptualised and executed by its Mumbai headquartered advertising agency MX Advertising.
The first campaign uses sarcastic humour to highlight mistakes like relying solely on gut feeling or buying property based on pictures posted on property websites, eventually leading to wrong decision making. While the second campaign uses self-introspection as a concept to engage with the audience That’s where Coldwell Banker comes into the picture ensuring proper guidance at every stage of property buying and selling.
