Sourav Majumdar resigns as Forbes India Editor

Sourav Majumdar, Editor, Forbes India has stepped down from his role. 

With a career spanning over two decades, Majumdar has worked with Indian business dailies like Business Standard and The Financial Express, heading editions and leading news and features teams.
He also reported extensively on the Indian financial markets, in particular, the Securities & Exchange Board of India and the Reserve Bank of India. As a former Editor-in-Chief of the Indian edition of Entrepreneur magazine Majumdar has covered the bustling entrepreneurship ecosystem in India, and the private equity, venture funding, and startup space. Majumdar could not be reached at the time of filing this report. 

He holds a first-class Economics graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, his next move is yet to be known.
