The Advertising, Media and Marketing industry is buzzing with excitement and looking forward to the ‘50 Most Influential Women’ initiative by IMPACT magazine. The event is set to be a scintillating and power-packed occasion, studded with industry stalwarts and the 50 trailblazing women achievers.
This much-awaited list of the top 50 influential women will be unveiled in an exclusive edition, at an on-ground event at Tote, Mahalaxmi Racecourse on March 19 in Mumbai.
A unique initiative of this degree indeed requires an exceptional jury. IMPACT has brought together a great gathering of industry experts for this daunting task. The jury is chaired by Sam Balsara, Chairman of Madison World. Other jury members include Colvyn Harris, CEO, JWT India; Arvind Sharma, Chairman and CEO, Leo Burnett India; Shashi Sinha, CEO, Lodestar UM; and media veteran Pradeep Guha.
“Five men from the Advertising, Media and Marketing industry spent a fascinating afternoon judging women! We didn’t know what we were really getting into and it was a grueling process; a tough job, I must say. I have always maintained that women are psychologically and physiologically better equipped to be leaders in our industry. They have demonstrated that they are good at their jobs, they multi-task and can arrive at the right decisions,” said Sam Balsara of Madison World.
