Vermmillion has won the creative mandate for TAMBO Mobile

Vermmillion has bagged the creative duties for upcoming handset brand Tambo. Tambo, a brand by Agaston Mobile Pvt. Ltd. having a joint venture with a Chinese ODM, will be launching smartphones and feature phones in April 2018 across India.

The agency won the mandate post a multi-agency pitch held in Delhi NCR. Confirming the news, Sudhir Kumar, CEO - TAMBO Mobile said, “At Tambo, we are hungry to do more and better. Along with the agenda to be one of the leading mobile companies, Tambo aims to redefine technology and the ways of doing business I mobile industry. Our industry respects innovation and efficiency. In Vermmillion, with its in-depth experience and expertise in building brands, we have found the perfect partner to drive the Tambo brand strategy. We will work together to create a differentiation in the market, make it engaging and relevant to all our stakeholders.”

Adding to the news, Deepak Hiremath, MD - Vermmillion said, “We are excited to come on board for Brand Tambo. We are geared to do some exciting and memorable work”.

Speaking on the same, Allan Saugat, Senior Vice President, Vermmillion said, “The team is very upbeat to work on a brand which is all out to get roaring on a category which is very cluttered. We are very passionate and committed to make Brand Tambo a household name in the handset category in near future”.
