Tupperware join hands with HLL for co-promotion

Tupperware India, the leading direct seller of premium plastic food storage containers has joined hands with Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL) for co-promotion.

Tupperware has tied up with food division of HLL for a consumer promotion on the premium Dalda refined oil brand which will be introduced with two pack sizes of Dalda—5 lt. and 15 lt. polypacks.

The consumer gets a Tupperware product free on purchase of any of these. While the 5 lt. pack priced at Rs 355 brings an Ezy Flow oil dispenser worth Rs 195, the 15 lt. pack priced at Rs 990 brings a Modular Mates Oval storage container worth Rs 320 absolutely free. The offer will be available in retail outlets primarily in Delhi and the Northern India in around 10,000 outlets.

Each Tupperware product comes with a coupon inside wherein the customer is entitled to another free gift if she holds a Tupperware party. Tupperware expects a 10-15 per cent increment in its parties through this cross promotion.

Tupperware India Private Limited, is a wholly owned subsidiary of US-based Tupperware Corporation. It started its operations in 1996 and has been recognised as the fastest growing market by Tupperware Worldwide. It has a portfolio of over 75 products.
