Sony Pictures, P9 Integrated plan marketing initiatives for ‘Sawaariya’

Sony Pictures Releasing of India Ltd has joined hands with P9 Integrated to promote Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Sawaariya’, which is slated for release in November this year. The film, a launch vehicle for two star kids, has been produced by Sony Pictures.

Elaborating on the plans, Navin Shah, CEO, P9 Integrated, said, “A detailed presentation like this helps the companies in knowing the essence of a particular film and understanding the plethora of opportunities they can leverage from associating with it. It gives them a platform to understand the various avenues that this medium can give for their brands and products using traditional mediums. We are happy to be an exclusive marketing partner for ‘Sawaariya’ and will ensure a maximum return on investment for companies looking forward to associate with this film.”

Harsha Gangurde, Head-Marketing, Sony Pictures Releasing of India Ltd, said, “We are eagerly looking forward to ‘Sawaariya’. It’s a highly anticipated film and definitely will have advertisers and brands eagerly looking forward to partner themselves with it. We have immense plans to promote the film in India and are glad to have an association with P9. We would like to leverage on their expertise in providing parallel revenue models to producers and simultaneously provide prominent podiums for corporates.”

P9 Integrated, the marketing partner for the film, will conceptualise, plan and execute various branding and advertising partners. It has plans to design an effective and a tailor-made marketing campaign for the movie.
