Pitch Brands 50 to be unveiled soon

Many brands get launched; some fade while some stand the test of time and become an integral part of consumers’ life. In an endeavor to recognise such brands, Pitch Brands 50 - For Excellence in Marketing will be held on 4th June, 2014. Pitch magazine will felicitate and honor brands for excellence in marketing in 10 different categories. The initiative celebrates brands which have done exceptionally well in their respective domains.

There are brands that have been integral part of the lives of people for more than 30 years and still rule the hearts of the consumers such top five brands would figure in the ‘Evergreen Brands’ category. 

Some brands not only cater to need of the consumer with their products but also believe in contributing to the society and making a difference. Such socially conscious brands’ efforts will be applauded in the ‘Social Contributors’ category.

Pitch will recognise the brands that have gone beyond the geographical boundaries of the country and have made India proud under the ‘The Globetrotters’ category.

The selection process of these brands will be done through three stages. In stage one, internal short listing of brands would take place in which around 25 to 30 brands will be shortlisted in each category. In stage two, Pitch editorial team will do the screening to decide on the ten brands and those brands would go to the next stage of selection process.  In the third round the eminent Jury will select the top five brands. Santosh Desai, MD & CEO Future Brands is the Jury Chair.
