This strategic move will guide the car enthusiasts during the auto expo to ask all their questions not only related to the expo, but also about the brand and the cars. From passes, to live launches and highlights of the show, and from new launches to booking a test drive and even booking a car, the Google assistant can help you with everything. To activate the voice assistant, simply fire up the Google Assistant by saying "Ok Google" and then say "Talk To Maruti Suzuki".

To make it more interactive and entertaining for the general audience, Grapes digital created a pathway with AI interact by adding a number of questions to the Chatbot that navigates you through Auto Expo and the Maruti Suzuki arena. It is encompassed with a regular line of question and all quirky and fun questions that generates curiosity among the customers. The chatbot is designed to stimulate fun angle among the customers and keep the entertainment flowing all throughout the event.
