Maruti Suzuki Goes Ahead of Times with Grapes Digital

With over 330 million Internet users out of 400 million accessing the Internet on their smartphone, it is time for brands to make use of this opportunity to stand out. Voice commands are at an all-time high and when it was time to bank on this trend for Maruti Suzuki for the Auto Expo 2018, Grapes Digital offered an innovative solution in the form of AI based voice assistance for them.

Voice commands are the next big thing in the tech world. Moreover, the number of users for Google make it possible for brands today to make a novel move to connect with their new age target audience. This, along with Maruti Suzuki’s brand vision of owning its market leader position in the way they connect to their new age consumer, guided the creative and tech-savvy team of Grapes Digital to come up with an innovative idea that supports the brand’s philosophy.

“People do not have time to type nowadays. And with technology taking a step ahead each day, voice commands are like personal assistants we depend on. Maruti Suzuki is not just a car maker anymore, which is why it is was important to connect with their target audience through something which was never tried ever. This encouraged us to partner with Google India to launch an AI based voice assistance called ‘Maruti Suzuki expert’ for them, thus making them the first ever brand in the automobile sector to use it,” quoted Shradha Agarwal, Co Founder and COO at Grapes Digital.

This strategic move will guide the car enthusiasts during the auto expo to ask all their questions not only related to the expo, but also about the brand and the cars. From passes, to live launches and highlights of the show, and from new launches to booking a test drive and even booking a car, the Google assistant can help you with everything. To activate the voice assistant, simply fire up the Google Assistant by saying "Ok Google" and then say "Talk To Maruti Suzuki".

To make it more interactive and entertaining for the general audience, Grapes digital created a pathway with AI interact by adding a number of questions to the Chatbot that navigates you through Auto Expo and the Maruti Suzuki arena. It is encompassed with a regular line of question and all quirky and fun questions that generates curiosity among the customers. The chatbot is designed to stimulate fun angle among the customers and keep the entertainment flowing all throughout the event.
