Kansai Nerolac Paints increase IPL footprint

After announcing its continued support to Sunrisers Hyderabad, Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. (KNPL) has firmed up its intent to increase its partnership with IPL and has announced that it will also sponsor the Delhi Daredevils (DD) franchise in the 11th edition of IPL. In this edition of the IPL, Nerolac’s logo will be visible on DD and Sunrisers Hyderabad’s leading sides of helmets.

Nerolac has been an active advertiser in BCCI Cricket events for a very long time and its association with IPL teams started in the year 2016. In the current edition of the IPL, Nerolac will be spreading its footprint to the two teams mentioned above.

Nerolac is lining up a variety of initiatives in partnership with DD to continuously build upon the association and the company will soon be announcing the same.

Speaking on the association, Anuj Jain, Director – Decorative and Industrial Sales & Marketing, Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., said, “The growing impact of IPL continues to give us great confidence in the potential of the league to impact the lives at large. DD, as a team, has a wide appeal that does not limit to a single state and this strategic partnership is in lines with DD’s plans to transform themselves with the new squad and other initiatives to win the hearts of cricket lovers.”

Commenting on the association, Hemant Dua, Chief Executive, DD, said, “It gives us great delight to officially welcome Kansai Nerolac Paints on board as a sponsor. We look forward to a colourful association with a world class brand in what promises to be a great season with an exciting new squad."
