Kanakia Spaces ropes in ace footballer Zinedine Zidane as its brand ambassador

Real estate development company Kanakia Spaces has roped in French football legend and Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane as a brand ambassador for its ‘Paris’ project in the Bandra-Kurla Complex. Apart from being the face of the project, Zidane’s role will include consulting with Kanakia on its various aspects.

 Kanakia Paris is located in the heart of the Bandra-Kurla Complex in Mumbai and is spread across 2 acres of land. There are 7 towers at Kanakia Paris with 463 units in the 2 & 3 bedroom categories which are available from 3.7 crore onwards.

 Speaking about this landmark association, Himanshu Kanakia, Managing Director of Kanaika Spaces, said, “The real estate sector has grown tremendously and will be witnessing a positive change in the coming years. We at Kanakia have always focused on developing the landscape of Mumbai. Kanakia Spaces is a pioneer in developing theme-based projects across Mumbai and the acceptance amongst the customers is the best testimony for us.  Kanakia Paris is a unique project and aims to recreate a Parisian experience for customers. The project will bring to life the essence of Paris, namely art, romance, architecture, monuments, fashion and food, fully immersing residents in the Parisian way of life.

 Zinedine Zidane, former captain of the French National football team, said, “This is my first involvement in India directly and I am delighted to be a part of this project. When Himanshu Kanakia and Ashish Kanakia reached out to me for this project, I did not hesitate and was delighted to come on board with them in a consulting capacity for this project.”

 Olivier Vecchierini, a renowned architect from Paris, will design the landscape and some interiors of the project. He is going to use his vast experience across various countries to ensure Kanakia Paris delivers a unique experience.

 Speaking about this landmark announcement, Director of Kanakia Spaces, Ashish Kanakia said, “For the first time possibly in Asia or the World a footballer, coach and celebrity is involved in conceptualizing a Real Estate project with the developer, therefore this differentiates the association from others and positions what Z Z stands for more deeply in the customer’s mind.”
