IMPACT's Top 30 Under 30 list 2017 sees big presence of achievers from Digital

The fifth edition of IMPACT’s ‘Top 30 Under 30’ initiative to pick the 30 most talented individuals under the age of 30 in Indian Creative, Media and Digital agencies has just been released. While this year’s list has representation from all three streams, what’s interesting to note is that high achievers in Digital have an overwhelming presence. Also, with a 100% gender balance this year, the list comprises of 15 male and 15 female achievers respectively. The age of the winners ranges between 23 and 29 years. While there are nine winners aged 29, the youngest to make it to the list are two 23-year- olds.

This year, the list has only got wider and more diverse with winners from close to 20 agencies making it to the top. From Copywriters to Media Planners, Creative Strategists, Art Directors, Visualizers , Client Servicing Executives and CEO, CCOs there are winners from across the spectrum that have made it to the list.

Among the agencies that topped the list of maximum winners is Leo Burnett with four names, followed by Mindshare and Ogilvy India that have three names each to their credit. FCB Interface, Madison Media and Dentsu Webchutney followed in closely with a couple of nominations from each agency making the cut. While mainline creative and media agencies continued with their dominance, digital powerhouses like WATConsult, Isobar India, iProspect and ‘What’s Your Problem’ made their presence felt too.
