Housing.com appoints Co-founder Snehil Buxy as its Chief Product Officer

Housing.com has announced the appointment of co-founder Snehil Buxy as its new Chief Product Officer.  He will aim to further this vision with a focus on creating disruptive products and solutions that will leapfrog the company and the industry.

 An IIT Bombay alumnus, Buxy is the creator of Housing.com’s early vision and design, which he developed into the platform’s current avatar. Since the company's inception, he has played key roles, including leading the front-end team and spearheading product development, while also overseeing and driving different aspects of the business.

 Commenting on the appointment, Jason Kothari, Chief Executive Officer, Housing.com said “Being one of the co-founders and a creator of the original visionary Housing.com product, Snehil allows us to go back to our roots.  With Snehil comes a deep understanding of the real estate market, ingenuity and a true passion to make a difference.  I am confident he will play a key role in the future success of Housing."

 On his new role, Buxy said, “Housing.com is already a leading online real estate platform and the team’s hard work over the years has paid rich dividends in terms of creating industry-first innovations. My mission going forward is to continue to drive the creation of revolutionary product with the aim of making Housing the most trusted, transparent and efficient place for buying and selling homes.”
