Cequity launches direct marketing services platform, Cequity ACE

Customer Equity Solutions (Cequity), a new age data driven marketing services company, has launched Cequity ACE, a direct marketing service platform. Cequity ACE aims to help brand marketers in organising their customer data, providing access to quick analytics and insights, and deliver targeted direct marketing campaigns across channels – telemarketing, SMS, email and other traditional direct marketing media.

Today, companies are acquiring a sea of customer data, which needs to be sorted, segmented and analysed at breakneck speed to gain insights and develop CRM campaigns. But traditional direct marketing agencies lack the proprietary tools and infrastructure to effectively manage large volumes of data, discover new customer segments and develop insights to use in a targeted marketing campaign.

Cequity also claims that the marketers can now identify their best customers and initiate direct marketing actions on them. Also, with scoring speeds of 15 million records per second, it could add a lot of power to a telecom, retail or financial services company’s ability to quickly segment its customers and cluster them into buckets for campaigns. With tighter marketing budgets, Cequity ACE ensures that every penny is spent on right customer with right offer.

Cequity ACE is made available as a service and, therefore, does not have any capex costs associated with it.

S Swaminathan, Co-founder and CEO, Cequity, said, “This service comes wrapped around with technology, strategy and creative service - all bundled in a simple subscription fee-based engagement model. Also, it takes away the hassles of installation, maintenance and operations. In this alternative pricing model, a company merely pays the subscription fee and gets the benefits of a world class team, analytics application and campaign management platform.”

Cequity is part of the Rs 650 crore Hansa Group, which has over four decades of experience in marketing communications services and has interests in companies like RK Swamy BBDO, Hansa Research, and Hansa Medcell & Media Direction. With offices in both India and the US, Cequity has already started offering services to national as well as international clients.
