BARC Week 9: Lalitha Jewellery reclaims its rein over Top 10 brands

In the ninth week of 2018 (February 24-March 2,) Lalitha Jewellery returned to rein the Top 10 Brands with 13,684 insertions after Harpic 10X overtook it the previous week. The latter was displaced to the second spot with 11,176 insertions while Lizol retained its third spot with 10,099 insertions. Videocon D2H climbed to the fourth spot with 9,649 insertions.

Mortein Insta and Trivago slipped to fifth and seventh spot with 9,582 and 8,997 insertions respectively. Department of Women and Child Development, Airtel TV App, Dove Cream Bathing Bar and Cadburys Fuse entered the category at sixth, eighth, ninth and tenth spot with 9582, 7824, 7705 and 7595 insertions respectively.

Meanwhile, in the Top 10 Advertisers list FMCG brands Hindustan Lever and Reckitt Benckiser India continued to be in the top two spots with 1,21,092 and 85,404 insertions respectively.

Cadbury India and Procter & Gamble swapped their positions to third and fourth spot with 31,781 and 29,529 insertions respectively. Brooke Bond Lipton climbed up to the fifth spot with 22,092 insertions while ITC Ltd slipped to the sixth spot with 20,424 insertions.

Colgate Palmolive India and Patanjali Ayurved maintained its seventh and ninth spot with 16,566 and 14,979 insertions respectively. SBS Biotech moved up to the eighth spot with 15,3375 insertions. Coca Cola India entered the category at the tenth spot with 13,686 insertions.
