BARC Week 24: Hindustan Lever replaces Reckitt Benckiser as leading advertiser

Vimal Elaichi Pan Masala dethroned Lizol to dominate BARC’s Top 10 Brands for Week 24 (June 9-15, 2018) with 195,938 insertions. Honda X Blade entered the category at second spot with 13,088 insertions.
Dettol Liquid Soap retained the third spot with 15,652 insertions. Lizol slipped to fourth spot with 11,051 insertions. Airtel 4G took the fifth spot with 10,854 insertions.
Dettol Cool Soap slipped to sixth spot with 10,843 insertions.
Lux Toilet Soap entered the category at seventh spot with 8952 insertions. Trivago moved up to eighth spot with 8864 insertions.
Colgate Dental Cream entered the category at ninth spot with 8796 insertions.
Santoor Sandal and Turmeric slipped to tenth spot with 8738 insertions.
In the same week, in BARC's Top 10 Advertisers FMCG brand Hindustan Lever took over Reckitt Benckiser to take the top spot with 1,44,616 insertions while the latter slipped to second spot with 1,04,697 insertions. ITC Ltd retained its third spot with 41,944 insertions.

Cadburys India climbed up to fourth spot with 31,748 insertions while Amazon Online India and Marico slipped to fifth and sixth spot with 25,056 and 24,703 insertions respectively.
Colgate Palmolive India and Brooke Bond Lipton India moved up to seventh and eighth spot with 20,949 and 19,941 insertions respectively.
SBS Biotech and Godrej Consumer Products entered the category at ninth and tenth spots with 19,178 and 17,812 insertions respectively.
