The BARC data for Week 12 of Top 10 Brands (March 17-23, 2018) saw Lizol ousting Honda Activa 4G from the first spot with 16,599 insertions. Videocon D2H and Trivago climbed up to the second and third spot with 13,558 and 9718 insertions respectively.
Mortein Insta and Dettol Menthol Cool Antiseptic Liquid entered the category at the fourth and fifth spot with 9022 and 7901 insertions respectively. Dettol Antiseptic Liquid climbed to the sixth spot with 7901 insertions. Indian e-commerce major Flipkart entered the list at seventh spot with 7615 insertions. Dettol Menthol Cool Antiseptic Liquid climbed to the fifth spot with 8793 insertions.
Goodknight Active Plus, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Roop Mantra Ayur Face Cream entered the category at the eighth, ninth and tenth spot with 7313, 7243 and 7217 insertions respectively.
In the same week in BARC's Top 10 Advertisers, FMCG brand Hindustan Lever dethroned Reckitt Benckiser India to lead the category with 1,10,456 insertions while the latter slipped to the second spot with 1,00,111 insertions. Meanwhile, ITC Ltd and Cadbury India climbed to third and fourth spot with 33,500 and 26,790 insertions respectively.
Procter & Gamble slipped to the fifth spot with 24,428 insertions. Brooke Bond Lipton India entered the list after a brief hiatus at sixth spot with 18,037 insertions. Colgate Palmolive India retained its seventh spot with 18,026 insertions.
SBS Biotech climbed up to the eighth spot with 16,620 insertions. The category saw the foray of homegrown FMCG brand Patanjali Ayurved and global e-commerce major Amazon Online India after quite a while at the ninth and tenth spot with 16,580 insertions.
