TCNS Clothing & Being Human sign up Unicommerce to streamline omnichannel operations

The omnichannel solution will help brands create uniform customer experience across online & offline stores

TCNS Clothing Company (owner of brands W, Aurelia and Wishful) and Being Human have signed up with e-commerce enablement tool Unicommerce (India’s largest platform for multichannel retail, warehouse management and omnichannel services) to streamline their omnichannel operations.

Unicommerce’s Omni-commerce tool enables central management of orders and inventory of online & offline stores. It lets brands like TCNS Clothing and Being Human in routing an online order to the nearest store, connect multiple offline stores which also helps in providing a uniform experience to customers and minimizing logistics cost.

Additionally, the tool enables features such as Click & Collect, Endless Aisle along with updating the inventory in real time across multiple locations to provide accurate stock information. These automated inventory updates help the user plan the stock and abstain from overselling.
