Open digital payments company, PayPal, has entered into a strategic partnership with Shopmatic, an international ecommerce company that manages the entire ecosystem for online sellers. The partnership will enable merchants of Shopmatic to expand their global footprint backed by the flexibility, convenience and security offered by PayPal.
