Myntra launches digital campaign to promote its loyalty programme ‘Myntra Insider’

The programme offers a host of exciting perks across fashion and lifestyle, from Myntra sellers and lifestyle partners

Myntra has announced the launch of its loyalty programme, Myntra Insider. A first-of-its kind in the country, the programme is a comprehensive package, designed to strengthen engagement with its users to drive stickiness on the platform. This open-to-all programme allows Myntra to democratise fashion for every registered user through unique rewards and experiences.

The Myntra Insider programme hinges on three pillars - it rewards members for purchases as well as engagement such as browsing new categories, sharing feedback,and wish listing. It offers a host of exciting perks across fashion and lifestyle, with offers from sellers on Myntra and lifestyle partners such as Zomato, TataSky, BigBasket, PhonePe, BookMyShow, EROS NOW, Zoom Car and Gaana, among others. Men and women Insiders will be able to avail special privileges such as early access to sales, priority customer support, special birthday offers and more, depending on their Insider level.

Based on their level of fandom, users are categorised to be either, Insider, Select, Elite or Icon, with each level offering greater benefits and privileges over the previous. The programme will also offer unique experiences to its users such as a session by a stylist, modelling on Myntra content/platform and co-creating designs and styles for Myntra.

Myntra has launched a campaign #LoyaltyIsRoyalty to promote the programme. The highlight of the campaign is a 45 second promotional film starring Rhea Chakraborty, showcasing the various facets of the program by outlining the perks in store for a Myntra Insider. It gracefully captures the essence of the unique perks by chronicling the merriments of a young woman, wooed by Myntra’s latest loyalty proposition. 

Viewers witness the young woman ushered into the programme through a metaphorical royal welcome, where she is offered a crown, followed by a series of entitlements that she enjoys as part of her newfound status. They include, an exclusive dining experience, access to her favorite entertainment programme on an over-the-top media service provider and a free makeover session with a personal stylist. A vocal narration sums it up with three words, PERKS, PRIVILEGES and PRIDE, after a young man is seen receiving the invitation to be an insider.
