POGO has announced the launch of its first local show, Prime Pogo – beginning August 20. Hosted in Hinglish, Prime Pogo will be aired every Friday and Saturday between 5 and 7:30 pm. This new weekend offer on POGO would be an interactive show and would include on-line contests, phone-in competitions, viewer letters, and special reports on amazing kids from all over India. As per Ian Diamond, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Turner Entertainment Networks Asia, “Prime Pogo provides kids - who think louder, dream bigger and play smarter - a platform to appear on POGO. This initiative clearly cements our commitment and promise to Indian kids of providing them with a destination that gives them a sense of ownership – a feeling of - ‘Its My TV’.”

Anshuman Misra, managing director, Turner International India adds, "In a short period of seven months since its launch, POGO has touched many milestones: securing number two position among kids channels, introducing Telugu dubbing, commissioning premium, original productions in India, and having its young kids programming endorsed by child experts in India.
