Zee Interactive expanding operations

Zee Interactive Multimedia Ltd. a subsidiary of Zee Telefilms is expanding its operations to 26 cities in the next 12 to 18 months. The company which provides Internet access over the cable network, will provide its service over the HFC (hybrid fiber and coaxial) network. The network would be set up in six cities including Hyderabad, Jabalpur, Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai within a year.

Currently the company provides Internet access over cable only in Bangalore to around 2000 subscribers.
