VSNL sets up five-member panel to chalk out the strategy for its entry into DTH

In tune with its long-term diversification plans to venture into the Direct-To-Home sector, VSNL has set up an internal committee to chalk out the detailed strategy for its entry into the DTH broadcasting sector. The committee will examine the opportunities that the opening up of the DTH sector has made possible for VSNL.

The committee will consider the exact role VSNL would plan in the DTH sector and whether VSNL should be involved in all aspect of DTH business infrastructure to marketing and software development.
