Sapru to quit SABe TV, may sign up with Reliance

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network CEO, Mr Rakesh Sapru is quitting the company. He is tipped to join Reliance Entertainment as its chief executive officer. Mr Sapru has other offers including a top post in an insurance company. He has experience in the finance sector and has worked with HSBC. Before joining Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network, Mr Sapru was with General Electric and was in the team which launched CNBC, a business channel. He joined Sri Adhikari Brothers early last year and was a key factor in working out a strategic alliance with Turner International to distribute SABe TV.
