Monisha Shah appointed director BBC Worldwide

Monisha Shah, BBC Worldwide’s Territory Manager for South Asia, has been appointed Director, BBC Worldwide India Pvt. Ltd. She will now join representatives of BBC World on the board to formulate and implement BBC Worldwide’s strategy for Indian across both news and non-news activities.

Since joining the sales team for Europe, Middle-East, India and Africa (EMEIA) in January 2000, she has promoted BBC Worldwide’s television and publishing business across the region.
