India Today group launches e-newspaper today

The India Today group will launch its on line newspaper www.thenewstoday.com today. The e-newspaper, which comes with highly customisable features, will allow users to select news from seven sections—nation, business, new economy, world business, world sports, sports and entertainment.

The customising feature will allow users to select news from these sections in the order they prefer. If the user also wish they can get the newsbreak on their desktop in a ticker format. The web paper will also allow the users to get some of the special features like the picture of the day, quote of the day, event of the day, cartoon of the day, comic of the day and events of the day on their customisable webpage.
