Hrithik, Aishwarya to endorse Coke

Coca-Cola India is finally, unleashing its much-talked about summer commercial of the year featuring for the first time the two megastars and its endorsers—Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai—for its flagship brand Coca-Cola, this weekend. Starting with 10-sec teaser ads, the company will gradually break the 90-sec campaign on all the major channels.

The new commercial revolves around the theme of ‘friendship’ captured between the two stars who are shown as best friends in a college. Set in the backdrop of college elections, the TVC shows heightened tensions between the two protagonists who have both stood for the elections.

Directed by Mr. Rakesh Roshan and shot by Mr. Baba Azmi, the film has all the trappings of a typical mega Bollywood movie: use of bright colours, foot tapping music and the lively atmosphere in the ad and of course the climax of the ad: the girl finally gives in to ensure the boy wins.
