'Road To Event Safety' to be discussed at EEMA PALM Conference Session 2016

The premiere convention of the live events and experiential marketing industry, EEMA PALM Conference Session is scheduled to be held from 26-28 May at Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. The convention organised by Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA), the apex body of the events industry, will bring together global professionals from the events, entertainment, sports, cinema, advertising and marketing industry under one roof to discuss ‘Road To Event Safety’ and map the future of the industry.

Moderated by Sushma Gaikwad, Co-founder and Director, Ice Global and Vice President, EEMA West, the panel will comprise event industry pioneer, Viraf Sarkari, Director- Wizcraft International Entertainment, and professionals like Warren D’Souza, Managing Director at Sound.com, Avishkar Tendle, Managing Director at Natura, Bhavesh Thakker, Director Events- Jess Ideas Pvt. Ltd., Manish Mavani, Director, Sound & Light Professionals and Jaydeep Mehta, Managing Director, True Events & World Wide Weddings.

Commenting on this pioneering conference, Sabbas Joseph, Director- Wizcraft International Entertainment, who has recently been elected the President of EEMA for the second time said, “The events and experiential marketing industry has grown exponentially over the last two decades to more than Rs.5000 crore, with several 1000 entities operating in this space in various segments and levels across 100+ cities and we collectively employ 15 Lakh+ people. We have been constantly delivering communication platforms for the world’s leading brands, for governments, sports bodies, tourism initiatives and influencing the media and hospitality industry in a remarkable way. Keeping this in mind, the need to make sure the safety at events is very crucial as the stakes are too high. This forum will discuss the ways in which we can ensure that the risks are kept at a minimum while delivering world-class innovative events and experiences.”

 Expert panels will bring together some of the brightest minds cover diverse areas such as experiential marketing, public events, concert management, ticketed event, rural marketing, sports marketing, personal events, events tourism, creation of event brands, digital activation, integrated marketing and celebrity talent management.
