ABP Majha concludes Majha Sheti Samman Puraskar 2016

ABP Majha’s recently concluded a mega show ‘Majha Sheti Samman Puraskar’ 2016 at Nasik. The cause was supported by Finolex Pipes as the presenting sponsor and Oxigen as the powered by partner.

Through this show, ABP Majha’s endeavor was to recognize the hardship and defiance the Maharastrian farmers endure. More often than not, their struggle goes unnoticed. These farmers are trapped in a vicious circle of droughts, natural calamities and loans. However, against all odds, a bunch of farmers rose to achieve the incredible. They are the strugglers who emerged as the symbol of courage.

This year, nine farmers with such phenomenal stories from different agricultural categories were honored at this show. Famous actors and founding members of NAAM Foundation Nana Patekar and Makarand Anaspure along with Rajendra Singh, Water Man of India were present at the show.

The show will telecast on 13 February, 2016 at 6pm on ABP Majha, the No.1 Marathi News channel (*Source : BARC, TG- 15+ All adults, Market- Mah/Goa, Period- Wk 2'16-Wk 5'16 (9th Jan'16 - 5th Feb'16))
