Aaj Tak announces the first edition of –'SAHITYA AAJ TAK'

Aaj Tak has announced the launch of SAHITYA AAJ TAK. The two day Literature Festival is scheduled for the 12 and 13 November at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, New Delhi.

 SAHITYA AAJ TAK  brings together the biggest names  in Indian Literature  including Scholars, Poets, Writers, Musicians,  Actors, Authors and Artists. The expected speakers at the event include - Javed Akhtar, Anupam Kher, Kumar Vishwas, Prasoon Joshi, Piyush Mishra, Anurag Kashyap, Chetan Bhagat, Ashutosh Rana, Kapil Sibal, Najeeb Jung, Hans Raj Hans, Manoj Tiwari,

Anuja Chauhan, Ravinder Singh, Chitra Mudgal, Ashok Vajpeyi, Kedarnath Singh, Uday Prakash, Malini Awasthi, Darain Shahidi, Uday Mahurkar, Hariom Panwar, Ashok Chakradhar, Popular Meeruthi, Govind Vyas, Rahat Indori, Nawaz Deobandi, Rajesh Reddy, Swanand Kirkire, Nasira Sharma, Maitreyi Pushpa, Shazi Zaman and Devdutt Pattanaik among others.

The festival will not just showcase cultural shows and theatre but also promises to give budding writers a vibrant audience to narrate their scripts.   The channel is also running a contest where the interesting pieces can win upto Rs.1lakh as special recognition.
