I-AM wins the work-space branding mandate of Flipkart's new campus

I-AM, the international multi-disciplinary branding and interior design agency, has won the integrated work-space branding mandate for Flipkart's new 837,000 sq ft. campus based in Bengaluru. The challenging multi-agency pitch was won by I-AM due to its robust well-defined processes, tools, extensive brand research and understanding of the Flipkart brand culture, therein, bringing in the wow factor which helped to make the pitch more creative and outstanding, translating into a winning outcome.

The mandate includes conceptualizing and executing the entire branding and communication concept for Flipkart's new office in Bengaluru spread across a total built-up space of 837,000 sq ft. The brief incorporates the overall communication concept for the proposed office, environmental graphics for the areas identified, meeting room nomenclature, interactive installions and way-finding signage for internal areas.

The aim of the exercise was to foster a sense of belonging and identification with the Flipkart culture, while leveraging collaboration across teams. The holistic design route communicates Flipkart's brand personality and brand culture which is also reflective of an extremely dynamic industry category which has been growing at a phenomenal pace. I-AM has been partnering with the Flipkart team to seamlessly incorporate this dynamic brand persona, values and attributes into their new office set up in Bengaluru.
