DNA organises property redevelopment conference

DNA is organizing “DNA Property redevelopment conference cum exhibition” to help Mumbai’s old societies get a new lease of life. Focused Redevelopment and Deemed Conveyance Conference-Exhibition series is commencing from January and the first conference is being organized on January 8-9 in Mumbai. DNA has associated with Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association (MSWA) as its knowledge partner in planning this two-day Redevelopment and Conveyance Exhibition cum Guidance Camp for those Mumbaikars who are planning for Redevelopment and Conveyance.

While the Government has brought out various policy changes, incentives for redevelopment, guidelines on redevelopments, announcement of housing polices, private public partnerships with MMRDA or MHADA, SRA, etc., there are still many gaps and there are instances of incomplete or misleading information prevailing among the flat owners and tenants . The main objective of this exhibition is to bridge the gap on following issues and bring the stakeholders together.

The event would have various activities like Conference and Seminars to impart and knowledge on issues related to redevelopment, free one to one guidance to the office bearers of the society, exhibition of the quality builders and developers who are interested in building these societies, distribution of books on related matters at concessional rates, and information dissemination on various schemes available by different players.
