CVB NEWS- the fastest growing in the Indian subcontinent

C-Voter Broadcast News or CVB NEWS the fastest growing Indian-origin television news agency in the subcontinent, is all set to launch its services in Bengali branded as CVB-Bangla from March 14, 2011. This will benefit TV news channels big way in West Bengal & Bangladesh. With this, CVB News would become the first Broadcast news agency to launch its services in regional languages. The services in Bengali will be followed by other major regional languages in a phased manner.

Now the Bangla News Channels will not only get 70 plus national news packages from CVB, but will additionally get approximately 30 exclusive stories from West Bengal region. This will take the total agency output to an unprecedented level of 100 plus news packages everyday. Besides being produced in local language, this will fulfill longstanding demand of regional media of “plug & play” news packages, which will bring the production cost substantially down for the CVB News subscribers.

CVB News is also in the process of finalizing some important international tie-ups for dissemination of global news for Indian television channels, besides setting up own bureaus and retainer services across South Asia as well as UK and USA. C-Voter Broadcast has been providing comprehensive news capsules from across South Asia under the brand name of UNI TV, besides value-added stories in specific areas like health, entertainment, environment, science and technology and sports. The service has now been rebranded as CVB News.

CVB News is the first Indian television news agency to provide regular live coverage of important events from across India.
