UCWeb assigns media business to XPOSURE

UCWeb has assigned the media duties of its business to Xposure. The selection was made after a rigorous process of media pitching that lasted little over a month. Xposure, which has been doing project led work with UCWeb, took part in the pitch process along with other agencies. The pitch process covered both the planning and buying aspects of the business and the mandate is effective immediately.

Commenting on the appointment, Constantin Wu, Head of Marketing, International Business, Alibaba Mobile Business Group, said, “We have been growing exponentially ever since our launch in India.  As someone challenging the status quo in this area, we saw in Xposure a partner who is not only agile and passionate but also displays a deep understanding of our business. We look forward to working with them more closely to take us to the next level."

Sundeep Sharma, Co-Founder of Xposure, said, “Xposure has been at the forefront of launching challenger brands in the country and building them.  We are delighted by this decision of UCWeb and are eagerly looking forward to taking the brand to the next level.”

Rajul Kulshreshtha, Co Founder of Xposure, said, “This appointment heralds a new phase for Xposure. Having won against giants of the industry we can say that we have fulfilled a goal for our agency when we set out to challenge the status quo in the industry. I think our journey with UCWeb has only just begun and there are miles to go before we sleep. We love the challenge that UCWeb has given to us, and we will be doubly committed to ensuring the success of the same.”
