Swati Shetty joins Netflix

Swati Shetty has joined Netflix, Shetty has over two decades of rich experience and has worked with some of the top media houses in the country.

Prior to starting her own venture in 2012, Shetty was working as President Motion Pictures at Balaji Telefilms Ltd. She has also served stints with The Walt Disney Company, India as Executive Producer and as Director India at Disney ABC International TV. She has also worked as Manager, Star India from 2000-2005.

Shetty joins Netflix from Samosa Stories Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. where she was the Founder Director and produced the Umrika, a film written and directed by Prashant Nair and starring Suraj Sharma (Life of Pi) and Tony Revolori ( The Grand Budapest Hotel ).
