Indian Merchants’ Chamber instituted the IMC IT Awards to recognise and encourage all small and large software and end-user companies. The 108 years old Chamber held its award function recently in Mumbai at which SureWaves MediaTech, a next-generation media convergence company won the award for Excellence in Emerging Technologies for 2015.
On receiving the award Rajendra Khare, Chairman and Managing Director of SureWaves said, “We are extremely honoured to receive this award. The award winners were selected by an eminent jury which included several former Chairpersons of NASSCOM. The jury comprised of Ashank Desai, Non-Executive Director – Mastek, Atul Nishar, Chairman, Hexaware Technologies, F C Kohli, Padma Bhushan winner and Founder - TCS, Ganesh Natarajan, VC and CEO – Zensar Technologies, Harish Mehta, Chairman and MD, Onward e-Services and Shirish Gariba, Chief Information Officer at DIESL.
