Social Wavelength joins hands with Radian6

Social Wavelength has been appointed as the authorised reseller of Radian6, makers of a social media monitoring tool. With this collaboration, Social Wavelength aim to bring enterprise grade social media monitoring solutions to the country.

The deal was sealed after looking at the depth of opportunities and the need for deeper consumer insights routed from social media, said an official release.

Hareesh Tibrewala, Joint-CEO, Social Wavelength said, “Social media listening has the capability of helping brands understand the deep-rooted consumer insights thoroughly and map usable information by diving deep into their conversations, and in turn help build a successful enterprise. Radian6 is the world’s best listening tool and offers a host of opportunities for brands to understand the scenario better. We are working with some great brands across verticals and we can confidently say that social media listening is being given its long due importance.”

Radian6 enables organisations to become socially engaged enterprises, with the power to understand and gain insights about social media through metrics, measurement, sentiment and analytics reporting. Radian6’s technology monitors hundreds of millions of conversations every day across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs and online communities, delivering insights in real-time.

Social Wavelength, together with Radian6, plans on delivering definitive value to Indian brands in terms of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Online Reputation Management (ORM) and Business Intelligence (BI). The newly found relationship will help brands get better, real-time actionable insights and build absolute enterprise solutions, added the release.
