NetXcell launches hosted voice exchange service MobiSmart

Hyderabad-based NetXcell has recently launched ‘MobiSmart’, a hosted voice exchange service incorporating an automated voice dialer that allow subscribers to communicate to any number of people regardless of location, language or mobile device.

The service is believed to be opening new dimensions of communication for enterprises and SMEs (schools, banks, hotels, retail, media industry, etc.) as this segment can leverage the most from the services by providing an efficient platform for communication. Enterprises can communicate with their customers, suppliers, shareholders or their own employees in an instant, personalised and cost effective manner. In addition, it can improve the way one controls stocks and logistics, deploys manpower and markets products or services to the world.

The utility of this service ranges from mobile advertising, corporate communication to emergency announcements about natural calamities. Since it is an interactive and automated tool, it is claimed to be transforming the way the business communicates with its target audience by making calls with customized content.
