ICC CWC'11: ESPN partners Cooliris for live photostreams

ESPN-STAR Sports on March 2, 2011, announced that fans would be able to follow the official ICC World Cup photostream in real time, with behind the scenes coverage of the event. This is being made possible through a partnership with Cooliris, which is creating the microsite – espnstar.com/cwcliveshar – and is also creating streams on Facebook, Twitter and for email distribution.

Cooliris has earlier used this LiveShare platform to promote entertainment brands like Ozzy Osbourne, the Stanford Cardinal and Michael Buble.

Aside from this, ESPN-STAR Sports will also stream all matches live on www.espnstar.com and will also be creating 3G video streams of the matches. All these services will be offered free to the consumers.
